Just like us, pets’ needs change over time. What worked last year – or even last month – might not be quite right anymore.
A new year or new season is the perfect opportunity to review your pet’s health routine and make sure it still suits them.
Food for Thought
Is your pet on the right diet for their age, lifestyle and health? Puppies grow, adults slow down, and seniors often need extra support. Portion sizes also tend to creep up without us noticing!
Exercise That Fits
From energetic young dogs to laid-back senior cats, exercise should match ability. Changes in enthusiasm, stiffness or stamina can be early signs that adjustments are needed.
Preventative Care
Flea, worm and tick protection can sometimes slip down the priority list. Staying up to date protects not only your pet, but your household too. Remember, we have two pet clubs here at Kelperland, our standard (monthly flea) or GREEN (ev other month flea treatment) options – get in touch if you’d like to discuss further
Dental Care
Teeth are often overlooked, but dental disease is incredibly common. Bad breath isn’t normal, and a quick check at home could prevent bigger problems later.
Think of it as a health refresh rather than a full overhaul. If you’re unsure what needs updating, our team is always happy to guide you.
