We are a family-run practice that really values our team – we spend a lot of time investing in the team, as well as you the individual.
We have a dedicated wellness program with regular events, recent examples include a yoga class, a talk by a sleep specialist, and a “posh coffee morning.”
Vets and nurses are encouraged to do a lot of CPD of differing forms, with a generous CPD budget plus a bonus day for everyone at the London Vet Show.
We are a growing business and are always open to job applications from anyone who thinks they can add to our team – be you a vet, nurse, a hopeful trainee nurse, or support staff.

Here at Kelperland, we are proud to host students in our practice – be you a 16-year-old interested in the profession or a veterinary student at university.
