We’re delighted to launch our new GREEN pet club!

This is a new, concurrent pet club that we’re starting to try to reduce the environmental impact of anti-parasitic medications.

There is evidence emerging that the anti-flea/tick products we use on our pets are having a detrimental impact on wildlife. One study found flea products in birds’ nests, and another found them in Chichester harbour. We still need to use anti flea and tick medication in our pets but we’re proposing to try and use it every other month – this will reduce its environmental impact, still provide adequate flea cover for your pet (we propose – but it’s an experiment!) and be a bit cheaper than our ‘standard’ pet club. We’re excited to launch this, to our knowledge, the only scheme of its kind in the UK.

As an independent practice, we can do this
